Description Down-East Salty S-14 Rail Mount Rod Holder The S-14 is equipped with a rail mount easily mounted on the hand rails of your boat. This rail mount is made up of the S-12 Inboard Mount and the D/S-15 Rail Cap. The rail mount will fit both rails from 3/4″ to 1-1/4″ and square rails for 3/4″ to 1-1/4″. The salty series rod holders will hold rods up to 1-3/8″ in diameter.
