Description Stealth Universal Rail Mount Base The Stealth Universal Rail Mount Base works with Scotty, Cabelas, and Stealth standard bases. This mount is an extremely versatile option for pontoons, runabouts, or boats with railings. It fits round or square railings between 7/8″ and 1-1/4″. Simply rotate the lower section to convert between round and square formats. It is constructed of engineering grade reinforced nylon and features a UV resistant elastomer grip block to prevent turning. Stealth Rod Holders are also compatible with Scotty and Cabelas Standard Bases.
